Description

The Jive Tribe's parent and baby sling dance class will allow parents to enjoy relaxed low-impact cardio and movement while keeping their baby snug and secure in a sling or ergonomic carrier.

We'll have low-impact dance routines such as Irish and American line dances to upbeat music. Babies enjoy being bounced around and you'll get to learn some fun choreography in the meantime!

This is a zero-pressure, welcoming environment focused on wellbeing, keeping active, laughter, and chat time with other new parents.

You are welcome to bring prams and toys to entertain, plus napping babies.

If your baby is napping, parents can still take part!

You do not need to have your baby in a sling to take part in the dances.

Cowboy hats encouraged but not essential... 🤠
