I mentor ambitious mums who are returning to work after parental leave, or who are back and ready to move forward again. Many capable women find their confidence has dipped, their visibility has slipped, and their next step feels unclear. I help you rebuild momentum on your own terms.

I am a working mum of my two little red head girls, with over 15 years of senior commercial leadership experience. I am an EMCC accredited practitioner, so the mentoring is structured, confidential and professionally grounded. I left my corporate world to set my business up because of my passion for helping other Mums on the career ambition vs. motherhood balancing act!

I have navigated the return to work myself, and I understand it from both the employee's and the employer's perspective!

My approach is built around my 5 pillars:

We work with businesses to drive their retention of working mums by mentoring the mum and her manager but I also work 1:1 with women over an initial 12 week programme. Sessions are practical, and you leave each one with clear actions to apply at work. By the end, you have a development plan to take into conversations with your manager.
