Our original mum and baby class, Sweaty Mama is a safe and effective, low-impact cardio and core strength workout for new mums from 6-8 weeks postpartum onwards. It's a great way to build up your fitness levels without having to worry about arranging childcare, or feel guilty about taking time away from your little one. Sweaty Mama classes offer the option to babywear during part of your workout, which means you can keep baby close and content, whilst doing something for you. • Option to babywear • Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth/ 8-10 weeks post c-section • Upbeat, aerobics style exercise to music class • Choose from low/mid/high intensity options throughout • 45 minute class • Advance booking required
