Kids Muay Thai at Studio 22 is a fun, energetic class designed to help children build confidence, learn new skills and make new friends in a positive and supportive environment.

Our sessions introduce children to the fundamentals of Muay Thai through age-appropriate activities, combining fitness, technique and plenty of fun.

Children will learn basic punches, kicks, knees and defensive movements while developing their balance, coordination, agility and overall fitness.

Classes include a mixture of pad work, bag work, partner drills, games and fitness challenges, keeping every session varied and engaging. Children can enjoy the excitement of learning martial arts while gradually improving their technique, focus and physical confidence.

Classes take place in our spacious, professionally equipped Studio 22 facility, giving children plenty of room to move, train and learn safely.

There’s a strong emphasis on confidence and personal development. Children are encouraged to challenge themselves, celebrate their progress and support the other children in the group. They’ll have opportunities to work with different partners, helping them develop communication, teamwork and social skills while making new friends.

Sessions are welcoming and suitable for beginners, so children don’t need any previous Muay Thai or martial arts experience to join.

Our coaches create a friendly environment where children can learn at their own pace, ask questions and build their skills over time.

Alongside Muay Thai technique, classes encourage discipline, resilience, listening skills and respect for others. Children learn that progress comes through practice and perseverance, while having plenty of opportunities to burn off energy and enjoy being active.
