Description

Our Kids MMA class is a fun, safe, and structured way for children to learn the fundamentals of martial arts. Through a mix of striking, grappling, and movement drills, kids build confidence, coordination, discipline, and respect, all while staying active and making new friends!

Led by coaches and assistants with enhanced DBS checks and years of experience as martial artists.

Saturdays during term time.

11am for ages 4-7

12pm for ages 8-12

55 min sessions.

Hello and welcome to Kids MMA at Studio22! This is a very popular class and gets booked quickly so please do get in touch with any enquiries.

Please ensure you child wears comfortable clothes they can move freely in.

Your child must bring water.

Please note that due to space, we ask parents/carers to either wait downstairs in our lobby or to drop off and come back at collection time.
