Parent and Baby Soundbath – A Soothing Sensory Experience

A nurturing session designed for parents and babies to rest, reconnect and regulate.

Each session blends gentle parent-and-baby yoga, mindful breathwork, baby massage, an immersive live Soundbath and communal singing. This a restorative hour to support bonding, emotional wellbeing and the transition into early parenthood.

What to Expect:

• Gentle, accessible yoga for both parent and baby to support mobility, connection and relaxation
• Breathwork to regulate your nervous system and ease stress
• A live Soundbath with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and percussion to soothe both you and your baby
• An group sing-a-long, where you can sing to baby or simply listen

Babies are welcome just as they are; to cry, feed, sleep or explore.
