SPORTING HEROES

Little Heroes helps children develop fundamental movement skills, coordination, confidence and teamwork through a variety of exciting sports and activities.

Our Multi-Skills Parent & Child Classes are fun, energetic sessions designed to help young children develop a love of being active from an early age.

With a parent or carer joining in, children will explore a variety of sports and activities while developing key fundamental skills including running, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking, balance and coordination.

Each session is packed with activities that build confidence, independence and social skills, all within a positive, supportive and pressure-free environment.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the session.

Children should wear comfortable clothing, suitable footwear and bring a water bottle.

Parents/carers must remain on site for the duration of the session.
