Nurture Harmonics at Soul Sound Baby is a sanctuary where both parent and baby can breathe, settle and experience the gentle magic of co-regulation and connection. Early parenthood can feel beautifully busy, but often leaves little room to just pause. Our sessions invite you to step away from the endless ‘doing’ of the day and drop into a gentle state of ‘being,’ This is a dedicated, pressure-free sanctuary with the warm, holding energy of a gathering circle - a soft landing space focused entirely on peace, restoration and deep connection. Through intentional somatic practices, we guide you and your baby into a shared state of calm, helping your nervous systems align and find safety together. What to expect: Mindful Breath Work and Gentle Touch: simple, grounding techniques to soothe your nervous system and invite gentle connection with your baby. Somatic Movement: Restorative, soft movements designed to release tension from the body. Gentle voice work: Explore calming vocal practices like humming, naturally stimulating the vagus nerve to promote a deep sense of internal peace and safety for both parent and baby. A Safe Sound Journey: A beautiful auditory bubble where live, baby safe acoustic instruments are layered alongside a scientifically designed, pre-recorded soundscape engineered specifically with infant auditory safety and development in mind. There are absolutely no expectations here. Crying, feeding, changing, napping: all are welcome. Come as you are, and wrap yourself and your little one in a warm bubble of sound, presence and community. This is more than a baby class - it’s a shared exhale. What to bring: wear comfortable clothing. Mats are provided. Age suitability: Ideal for babies from birth until 5 months.

Ample parking on site, arrive at the front entrance. Our room is the garden room on the ground floor. I will meet you at the main door or the friendly receptionist will show you the way.
