What To Expect

Sing simple harmony songs from around the world in a relaxed space. 

No prior experience of singing necessary; we sing for connection, not perfection! We gather in a circle with our children in the centre and learn songs by ear - no solos, no auditions, no sheets of music.

Expect a warm welcome along with some tea and cake! Women of all ages and stages are welcome, with or without children. 

Why Singing Mamas?

Singing Mamas are a national non-profit working across the UK - we’re a grassroots movement of women who are all committed to improving wellbeing through singing. We exist because singing is clinically proven to reduce symptoms of postnatal depression faster than the usual forms of treatment. You'll lower your stress levels, improve your mood and increase your bond with your baby.
