SINGING MAMAS

*Autumn term runs 7 September to 21 December, including half term. Booking open now!*

NEW and FIRST EVER Singing Mamas group in St. Albans at St. Paul's Church, Blandford Road. Led by Singing Mamas Community Leader, Siew-Lee.

Singing Mamas is a community singing group for all women, mothers, their babies, toddlers or young children. It's a supportive and safe weekly circle where you'll learn simple, beautiful songs that you can take home and sing to your little one. Unlike most other baby/toddler classes, ours focuses on YOU, the mother, your wellbeing and your joy, because you need to nourish yourself before you can nourish your child.

We sing together because singing together does something that's hard to explain until you've felt it. It lifts the room. It settles babies. It reminds you that you're not doing this alone.

There's no auditions. No spotlights. Just singing, solace and connection, then a cup of hot tea/coffee and a slice of cake afterwards, all included in your ticket price. Babies and children attend for free.

We encourage you to show up to our group exactly as you are - tired, overwhelmed, content, exhausted, anxious, just surviving, thriving, this close to losing it - all versions of you are welcome. We hope by the end of the session you'll leave feeling that little bit calmer, maybe slightly lighter, with your wellbeing cup a just little fuller than it was before.

Do something for you, Mama. You deserve it. 🧡
