Little Movers Yoga is a playful, welcoming class for little ones who are on the move and their grown-ups to stretch, explore and connect together 💛

Sessions include yoga-inspired movement, songs, stories, imaginative play and simple stretches, all designed to support coordination, balance, body awareness and confidence through fun, age-appropriate movement.

There is no pressure for little ones to sit still, copy every movement or join in perfectly. They are free to move, explore, watch, wander back in and take part in their own way 🌿

Suitable for little ones who are on the move, up to around 4 years old.

Gentle yoga, stretching and mobility for grown-ups is woven throughout the session too, giving you a chance to move your own body and ease some of those everyday aches that come with lifting, carrying and chasing little people ✨

Led by a registered nurse and antenatal teacher, sessions are relaxed, supportive and thoughtfully planned with both little ones and their grown-ups in mind.

Time is built in at the end to chat and connect while the little ones enjoy some free play, with hot and cold drinks and biscuits provided ☕

Free car park in front of the studio or free off-street parking. Space for limited pushchairs inside. Shoes off at the door and make yourself comfortable on a mat :D
