RUSSIAN LANGUAGE SCHOOL

Russian Language Classes

Our Russian Language groups are designed specifically for bilingual children, combining structured language learning with an engaging and supportive classroom environment.

Children develop their speaking, reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary through age-appropriate lessons built around a variety of topics and activities.

Our younger groups begin by developing the foundations of reading and writing in Russian, progressing through carefully structured levels as their confidence and language skills grow. Children with more advanced Russian are placed in groups appropriate to their age and current level.

All classes are taught by qualified educators with degrees in pedagogy and experience in teaching bilingual children. Lessons are engaging and thoughtfully adapted to support the needs and abilities of each group.

Optional Add-ons: Art Studio & Theatre Studio

Both programmes are taught entirely in Russian, providing additional opportunities for children to use and develop their language naturally.

In our Art Studio, taught by an artist-educator, children explore different artistic styles, materials and techniques while developing their creativity. Each year, we host school exhibitions and participate in the Royal Academy of Arts’ Young Artists’ Summer Show.

Our Theatre Studio gives children the opportunity to act, sing, dance and make music, while developing confidence and creativity. Children work towards two theatre performances each academic year, giving them the exciting experience of performing on stage.

Please note that Theatre Studio is available exclusively at our Notting Hill Gate centre.
