RUGBYTOTS

Rugbytots is the world’s favourite rugby play programme, bringing energetic, imaginative sessions to boys and girls aged 2 to 5 across the UK. Our friendly coaches guide children through age-appropriate skills: catching, passing, kicking, running with the ball, and playing as part of a team, all wrapped up in themed adventures, from jungle expeditions to pirate rescues.

Classes are structured by age group:

• 2–3½ years (30 mins): A gentle, playful introduction to movement, coordination, and following instructions alongside a parent or carer.

• 3½–5 years (45 mins): Rugby-specific skills begin, in a positive, encouraging environment that builds confidence.

Our motto is simple: “make it more fun.” Every session is designed to develop physical skills like balance, coordination and gross motor development, alongside social skills such as turn-taking, listening, and cooperative play all delivered with energy and enthusiasm that keeps children and parents engaged.

All coaches are DBS-checked, paediatric first aid trained, and put through detailed in-house training. Every session carries full child accident and public liability insurance for peace of mind.
