Join our fun, friendly fitness class designed especially for mums with babies (12 weeks postpartum).
No childcare needed – your baby stays with you while you work out!
Run by a therapist and trainer with in depth pregnancy and postpartum knowledge so you are in safe hands. Group sizes are small so exercises can be more specific / suitable to you.
What to Expect:
• Postnatal-safe exercises • Strength & toning workouts • Core & pelvic floor focus • Supportive environment with other mums
Bring: Yourself, Water and anything your baby needs.
There is a car park next to the club house with ramp access for pushchairs.
Please bring a mat.
