REPOSE PARENT AND BABY WELLBEING

The regular practice of baby massage has scientifically-proven and well-established benefits for both parents and their babies all around the world. As well as being wonderfully relaxing, baby massage can aid in digestion, colic, improve sleep and promote bonding.

Baby massage allows you to gain a greater understanding of your baby's subtle, non-verbal language (cues), as well as developing your ability to respond positively to your baby. Joining a small, group session also helps to bring new parents together to share experiences, make connections and build a support network during this life-changing time.

I deliver magical sessions to up to 8 mums and baby's at a time, allowing everyone to feel supported and nurtured. Feel free to bring along a drink in a travel mug, any special oil, lotion or moisturiser (I use organic sunflower seed oil and a patch test will be done on week one) or anything that might help with your comfort.

What does the course involve?

Week 1 Legs & Toes

Week 2 Tummy & Chest

Week 3 Arms & Hands

Week 4 Face & Back

By the end of this course, you will be confident in incorporating a full, relaxing massage routine into your baby's day. The perfect addition to your night-time routine.
