Big adventures for tiny heroes!

Tiny Heroes at Pro-Edge Martial Arts Carluke introduces children aged 2–4 to martial arts through play, movement and plenty of encouragement.

Our 30-minute classes combine fun games, simple martial arts movements and activities that help little ones practise balance, coordination and listening.

Children explore moving their bodies, following instructions, taking turns and joining in with others—all in a friendly, supportive environment.

There’s no need for previous experience. Whether your child is bursting with energy or needs a little time to find their confidence, we encourage them to join in at their own pace and celebrate their achievements along the way.

Parents will love seeing their child develop new skills, make friends and grow in confidence.
