This 8-week course helps to explore and normalise ALL aspects of early parenting. Through different topics such as Matrescence, Relationships, Boundaries, Self-Care, Habits, Physical and Emotions Changes, Imperfection and Playfulness you can build more understanding and self-compassion for this huge transition. Come meet other like-minded parents and connect with yourself within this new identity as a parent.
Held at my home studio in West Hove. Street parking and 5 minutes from Portslade Station and buses. Buggies welcome.
