Sessions can be booked weekly to suit your schedule - sessions must be booked in blocks of 5 but you have 8 weeks within which to use them, offering that all important flexibility.
A calm private studio where you can train with your baby - free car parking, step free access and plenty of room for a buggy.
Your sessions will be completely tailored to your goals and your current fitness levels. I know how hard it is to train with a baby and this unique environment enables your baby to come with you! No need for childcare or a creche, just a home from home setting where you can feel at ease.
Strength based training but always room for a bit of cardio too - these sessions will really help you at whatever stage of parenting you are at. As a mother myself I understand how hard it can be to get started or pick up exercise with little ones in tow. I am committed to helping you on a journey that is sustainable and will help you realise your goals.
