NURTURE AND BLOOM THERAPY

Birth doesn't always go the way we hoped. And sometimes what's left behind is bigger than anyone tells you it might be.

This workshop is a small, honest space to talk about birth trauma, what genuinely helps, and where to go from here. Not therapy. Nobody will be put on the spot, and there's no pressure to share anything you don't want to.

If you've replayed your birth over and over, or felt like nobody quite understands what happened, this is for you.

We'll cover:

• What birth trauma actually is, and why it's so often dismissed or missed

• How it can show up, from replaying and avoidance through to PTSD

• What recovery actually looks like, plus self-help strategies you can use straight away

• When and how to seek further support, including local and national options

About Rachel: BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and IPTUK-accredited IPT therapist with over 10 years in the NHS, including as a perinatal champion. She created and ran Mums Matter, an NHS group programme for mums with postnatal depression, and runs Nurture & Bloom Therapy. She's also a mum of three.
