MYSTICS TRAMPOLINE AND GYMNASTICS CLUB

Our pre-school gymnastics classes work on a variety of equipment, including bars, beam, floor, vault, trampette and air track.

Teaching basic shapes, balances and jumps each week in our warm up and then each term we focus on a particular skill, including forward & backward rolls, handstands and bridges, getting them prepared for the next level up.

Each week we rotate the equipment, where they build strength, stamina, coordination and balance.

All in a fun, high energy session.

We run out of a school hall so follow the schools policies and procedures in regards to safety.
The front door must be locked at all times, a coach will be at the door 5 minutes before the start of the session and 5 minutes after (in case of issues with traffic). After this time the door will be locked for the duration of the session.
Parents are not permitted into the gym itself, however they are more than welcome to watch from the corridor outside the gym.
