MOVING MOMENTS

Each course consists of one session per week, for four weeks.

A fully qualified massage therapist delivers our baby massage course, and a soon-to-be-qualified Occupational Therapist, with two small children of her own. Our course provides an introduction to the origins of baby massage and its global application. Our objectives are to give you the confidence to integrate massage into day-to-day routines - because let's be real, every day is not filled with time to do a full body massage routine, and some days either you or them 'just ain't feeling it'. We provide ways to interact with your baby and support their development. Importantly, we also always aim to provide a safe space to talk, share, laugh and/or cry.

Should you have multiple babies, let's chat before you begin to see how best we can support you.

Lift access available and baby-changing facilities.
