MOVE WITH RHEA

A gentle, baby-led class designed to help you slow down, connect with your baby and learn simple massage techniques you can use at home.

Sessions are relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of time to practise at your own pace, meet other local parents and enjoy some special time with your baby.

If your baby needs a feed, cuddle, nap or nappy change, that’s absolutely fine — we simply work around them.

What to bring:
👶 Your baby
🧺 A muslin
👕 A change of clothes + nappies/wipes
🍼 Anything your baby might need during the session

I’ll provide everything else - we’ll be using Mustela Avocado Oil, but if you’d prefer to bring your own oil, please feel free to do so.

If you can, try to feed your baby around 30 minutes before the session, as massage is generally more comfortable on a less-full tummy — but please don’t worry if that doesn’t work with your baby’s routine!
