MK YOGA

These classes are designed to give you the time to breathe, stretch and connect with your baby. We begin each class with a check in, some grounding breathing exercises and then a vinyasa inspired pregnancy flow with some birth prep included. We'll finish the yoga practice with a deep savasana relaxation with essential oils, followed by tea and a different homemade vegan sweet treat each week, to give you an opportunity to connect with others in your community (plus I believe that yoga and cake are an important combo). The yoga itself is open to all levels, whether you practised yoga regularly before or as a total beginner, everyone is welcome! And this class is particularly aimed for those in their second and third trimesters. All mats and props provided, and the tea and cake are included in the price of the class.

Some free parking first come first served basis in St Augustine's car park.
Otherwise pay and display on streets in surrounding area.
