MAMA'S CIRCLE

🌿 Mum and Baby Wellbeing Class in a beautiful forest location 🌿

This is a gentle, nurturing space for you to bond with your baby, reconnect with yourself, and connect with other mums in a supportive and calming environment.

☔I have a beautiful wet weather set up so you and baby can still enjoy the session with the added benefits that the rain brings ☔

Each session will include:

✨ Mindful breathwork and meditation🌲 A peaceful forest walk 🎨 Nature-based creative activity 🍵 A relaxing tea to close the session

This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, share your journey, and be held in a safe, heart-centered space — all while being surrounded by nature.

- a travel mug - for tea the end of the session
- a journal and pen
- sun protection/waterproof jacket

🧥What to wear
Something comfortable and that you can feel relaxed in.
The class involves walking so please ensure you are wearing suitable footwear for a forest walk.

🌞☔Be prepared for the weather!
Classes will go ahead in the rain. We will hold the circle under a canopy but please ensure you have a waterproof jacket and umbrella.

👶Baby wearing
Baby wearing is encouraged for this class. Alternatively, you can bring baby in a pram with sling separately if you would like support using it. I am a trained baby wearing peer supporter and can advise you. I also have a range of slings/carriers that you are welcome to borrow for the session.
