Description

Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practice yoga come to class from 14 weeks It give you time to help you connect with your growing baby, your changing body giving you confidence in your body’s natural ability at this wonderful time in your life. 

Each week we will do a mix of breathing exercises and gentle stretches with a cup of tea and time to socialise after with other mums due at a similar time to you. 

6.30-7.30pm yoga 

7.30-8pm for tea 

5 week classes blocks
