MomROX is our return-to-impact class for mums who want to run again, jump again and feel properly fit. It builds you up step by step, from rebuilding confidence with impact all the way to finishing your first HYROX.

It's physio-informed, every rep is coached and you don't need any experience. If you're in the early weeks postpartum, start with our MakeMomStrong strength classes first and we'll tell you when you're ready to move up.

👶 FREE ON-SITE CRÈCHE in every class. Our crèche team are DBS-checked, first-aid trained and brilliant with the little ones while you train.

🏁 Every three months we run a HYROX simulation with childcare included. Our mums say it's a highlight of their maternity leave.

We're at CrossFit Streatham, 1 Babington Road, opposite Streatham Green and behind Brickwood Cafe on Streatham High Road. Buggy access is via our side entrance on Streatham Green. The crèche is on site, so please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle your little one in. When you book, we'll message you personally before your first class.
