Description
These classes follow the International Association of Infant Massage programme, which runs for 5 weeks. It's an amazing programme which is evidence based and has shown to support with bonding & connection, relaxation, colic relief, wind/constipation and can help develop hand-eye coordination, to name but a few. It is also a way to meet other parents.
I am a Children's Occupational Therapist by background and have worked with babies and their families for over 10 years in NHS hospitals.
This course will be run at Little Centurions, at the Brewery in Cheltenham.
You will be provided with oil, handouts & refreshments.
Small classes - max. 8.
Please bring a towel or blanket.
Please do call or WhatsApp me with any questions: +447822014382.
