Little Waves for Newborns & Pre-Crawlers
A gentle, nurturing Little Waves class created especially for newborns and pre-crawling babies and their grown-ups.
Slow down, get cosy and enjoy some special time together as we explore soothing sounds, gentle songs, sensory play and simple moments of connection.
Each class combines mindful movement, meditation and breathwork for parents, with age-appropriate sensory experiences designed for little eyes, ears and hands to discover.
Expect lots of gentle moments for cuddles, bonding and simply being together, before settling into the beautiful sounds of a gentle baby-friendly sound bath. Everything is relaxed and baby-led. Feeding, changing, sleeping, cuddling and taking a break are always welcome, there’s no expectation for your baby to participate or stay awake!
A calm and welcoming space to connect with your baby, meet other parents and enjoy a little pocket of peace together.
There is pram access, please leave buggies and shoes at reception.
There are baby changing facilities, tea, coffee and comfy chairs for you to relax in before and after the class.
Bring anything you need for you and your baby to be comfortable.
Don’t stress if you’re late! You’re welcome to join at any time.
