LITTLE SERENITY WELLNESS

A gentle, relaxed baby massage class designed to give you and your baby a special opportunity to slow down, connect and enjoy time together.

Our 5-week baby massage course is a calm and welcoming space where you’ll learn simple, gentle massage techniques that you can use with your baby at home.

Each week we’ll build on the techniques together, while taking time to follow your baby’s cues and work at their own pace. There’s no pressure to have a perfectly settled baby feeds, cuddles, nappy changes and pauses are all part of the experience!

Baby massage can support:

• Relaxation and settling

• Tummy comfort and digestion

• Circulation

• Body awareness

• A sense of connection and confidence

And it’s not just about baby.

Becoming a parent is a huge transition, and sometimes the person doing all the caring needs a little care too. Little Serenity Wellness is about creating a calm, welcoming space where you and your baby are both looked after.

Alongside learning baby massage, you’ll have time to slow down, breathe, connect with your baby and meet other parents who are navigating those same early days. There’s no expectation to have everything together come as you are.

Baby massage can also help you become more familiar with your baby’s cues and ways of communicating, while giving you precious one-to-one time together.

Classes are suitable for babies from 8 weeks old up to the crawling stage.
