Description

Themed Friday fun! Classes for little ones aged 2-5 and their grown-ups. We will explore some yoga play, poses and breaths before winding down for some relaxation.

Please note: children (and grown-ups) do not need to be still or quiet at any point- show up as you are, all emotions welcome!

Younger siblings welcome free of charge.

The studio is through the left door at the Tree of Life Centre. Snacks welcome throughout the class. Filtered water available. Air conditioned.
