Hello!

Come join us for some strength & coordination-building movement!

What will we do?

First we'll practice moving together to a precise beat, enjoying getting synced-up to the rhythm (super powerful for musicians-to-be!)

Next we will work on more complex movements that build our body-brain connection (great for attention and regulation), and core strength (great for sitting up for long days at school).

Then we'll get really energised, and enjoy growing our self-expression through dance (great for confidence in speaking in front of other people).

Finally we'll chill out and check in on our breath and muscles.

The class is free to everyone. Class sizes will be kept small though so book your spot when you can.

The class has been carefully designed to be accessible for children with traits of autism, adhd and PDA, and fun, welcoming and challenging for all children. All kinds of questions are welcome - you can send them through happity (check your spam folder if you don't get a reply by the next day).

These classes are neuro-divergence friendly and are suitable for all, including children with traits of autism, adhd, & PDA.
