PLEASE NOTE: class dates and times are flexible and do not have to be on a Monday evening- please get in touch to arrange a time that works for you.

For some people, planning for your birth is a personal and private experience.

I offer 1:1 sessions taught from the comfort of your own home or online. Following the same course outline as the group course, or a more tailored option if your birth plans are more specific (twins, Caesarean or induction for example).

Whatever your circumstances, you’ll still receive the same combination of practical hypnobirthing tools, maternity-system knowledge and support to make informed choices about your care.

These sessions are typically taught from the comfort of your own home or from a beautiful private setting in Henley on Thames.

Session 1- The ground work.

In session 1 you will learn all about the physiology of birth and what is actually happening in your mind and body during labour. By the end of this session you will understand how to use relaxation and mindset to keep your head out of the game and allow your body to birth more comfortably.

Session 2- Relaxation.

This is the session in which you learn all of your breathing and relaxation techniques, so you can put last weeks learning in to practise... and relax.

Session 3- Birth choices.

Session 3 is all about thinking about your choices and decisions. With all of your knowledge and expertise, you want to make sure that everyone involved in your birth experience are on board too so, we discuss in detail and draft a birth plan together.

Session 4- Final preparations.

Session 4 is all about ensuring you are absolutely ready and feeling confident about the birth of your baby. From soothing massage strokes to discussing your baby’s first movements after birth, I ensure you leave feeling excited about meeting your beautiful baby.

Classes are typically taught from the comfort of your own home, however if home is too busy then we can use the clinic space for sessions.
