Bub Club:

A six-week journey for you and your baby | 0–3 months £185

Having a baby is amazing… but let’s be honest, it can also feel like a lot to figure out! Thats why we have started Bub Club - a relaxed, friendly six-week programme designed to give you a little more confidence, a little more understanding of your baby, and a chance to meet other parents who are right there with you.

Throughout the programme, you’ll have access to two experienced professionals, Emma (Chiropractor) and Hazel (Lactation Consultant, Sleep Coach & Postnatal Doula).

Each week, we’ll take some time to check in with you and your baby. There’s space to ask all those questions that pop into your head during the week — whether it’s about feeding, sleep, development, your recovery, or simply “Is this normal?”

We’ll also offer baby weighing, where appropriate, and talk through your baby’s growth and development in a reassuring, supportive environment.

Then it’s time to get to know your baby in a whole new way through developmental massage and purposeful play. We’ll show you simple things you can do together at home to support your baby’s movement, senses, communication and development — without needing lots of toys or complicated activities.

And because you matter too, there will be time to talk about your own recovery, wellbeing and the changes that come with becoming a parent.

There’s no pressure for your baby to sit quietly through the session. Feed them, cuddle them, change them, let them sleep — or let them have a little wobble! This is real life with a baby, and we’re here to support you through it.

Most importantly, Bub Club is about finding your people. A place where you can come as you are, ask questions, learn something new and hopefully leave feeling a little more confident than when you arrived.
