HAZEL MEYER

A four-week journey for you and your baby | 3–6 months

Your baby is growing, changing and discovering more about the world every day. Those little hands are getting busier, movements are becoming more purposeful, and your baby may be starting to show you a whole new side of their personality!

But what can you do to support all this development? And how do you know what your baby is ready for next?

Our four-week course combines developmental baby massage and purposeful play to help you understand your baby’s developing body, senses, movement and communication.

Together, we’ll explore simple, enjoyable ways to support your baby’s development through touch, movement, positioning and play. You’ll learn practical techniques you can take home and weave into everyday life — no fancy equipment or complicated activities needed!

We’ll look at your baby with curiosity, noticing what they can already do, what they’re exploring and how you can gently encourage their next steps without rushing them to reach milestones.

Developmental massage and gentle movement may also help unsettled babies relax and support body awareness, comfort and ease of movement.

And this isn’t just about your baby. It’s also a chance to slow down, spend meaningful time together, meet other parents and share the joys and questions that come with this stage.

There’s no pressure for your baby to do everything or for you to get everything right. Come as you are, follow your baby’s cues and enjoy discovering what you can learn together.

Because purposeful play doesn’t need to be complicated — it starts with understanding the little person in front of you.

Please note: your booking will be one ticket booked on the start date of the course and will cover all 4 weeks !
