Description

Perfect for parents and caregivers with babies from 6 weeks old to sitting, although younger babies are welcome too!

This is a calm, safe space where you can ground yourself, ‘breathe’ and bond with your baby. The class contains elements of baby massage and baby yoga, and you will explore different techniques to support your little one’s development.
