HAPPY TAP

Happy Tap is designed to introduce little people to the fabulous world of music and dance. Using tap shoes is an incredible way to make sounds and create rhythm in a fun way.

The class will be lead by a qualified dance instructor who has tailor made the session to perfectly suit this age group.

After years of experience teaching, and having 2 little children of her own, Hayley is passionate about dance and music and loves how tap, is the perfect balance of creative learning and lots of noisy fun.

Boys and girls absolutely love the way the shoes make brilliant noises, and are encouraged to stamp and stomp and really get emersed in the super music.

Lots of learning elements are included in the sessions such as counting, simple rhythms, traditional tap steps, and of course singing along is highly encouraged.

The age for this class is not set in stone, simply because as soon as your child is confident on their feet, with a grown ups helping hand .. their ready to get started 🙂.

The upper age is 5 (before Reception starts).

Adults are required to stay for the session. It may be necessary to hold hands with the child during the class and join in, so sensible footwear is recommended.

Tap shoes will be available to borrow 🙂 just remember to bring your socks 🧦.

Let's get started with some Tap Happy Fun.

Please message for any further details.
