Welcoming a new baby is a special time, but it can also bring lots of questions and adjustments. My baby massage course offers a calm, friendly space where you can slow down, spend quality time with your little one & learn a beautiful skill you can continue to use throughout their childhood.

💜 What will you learn?

Across this relaxed, 5-week course, I'll gently guide you through a full-body massage routine, introducing a different area of your baby's body each week. You'll learn at your own pace in a supportive, baby-led environment, with plenty of time for questions, cuddles and feeds whenever needed.

We'll also explore:

• Gentle massage techniques to support bonding and communication.
• A tummy massage routine that may help ease wind, gas & constipation discomfort.
• The many benefits of infant massage for both babies and parents.
• Relaxation techniques to help you feel calmer and more connected.
• How to recognise and respond to your baby's cues, helping you understand their individual needs.

Baby massage is about so much more than learning massage strokes. Through gentle touch, eye contact, talking and singing nursery rhymes together, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen your bond, build confidence and enjoy precious moments away from the busyness of everyday life.

Sessions take place in a small, intimate group, giving you the chance to meet other local parents, share experiences and build connections in a welcoming, non-judgemental environment. Tea & coffee are provided, so you can relax and enjoy a little time for yourself, too!
