Join us for a beautiful, relaxed and interactive Baby Yoga course at Grow With Love, designed for babies aged 12 weeks to crawling and their parents or carers.

Baby Yoga is a wonderful way to bond with your baby through gentle movement, touch, rhythm and connection. From soothing, relaxed holds to playful dips, swings and stretches that older babies love, each session encourages you to connect with your little one while supporting their natural development.

Our baby-led sessions combine gentle yoga-inspired movements for your baby, stretches for parents and shared activities that you can enjoy together. There is no previous yoga experience needed, and everything is adapted to suit your baby's age, stage and individual needs.

💜 What to expect during a session:

Each 45-minute session includes:

• A friendly welcome and opportunity to chat and catch up with other parents.
• Gentle stretches for parents to help ease tension and encourage relaxation.
• Baby Yoga movements to support your baby's developing body.
• Interactive parent-and-baby yoga, including gentle dips, swings and playful movements where appropriate.
• Gentle arm stretches for your baby.
• Postnatal yoga-inspired stretches for parents.
• A calming relaxation to finish the session.

Baby Yoga offers a lovely opportunity to support your baby's physical development, body awareness, balance and coordination, while encouraging bonding through positive touch, movement and eye contact. It can also help you become more confident in handling and interacting with your baby.

For parents, sessions provide time to slow down, enjoy special moments with your little one, meet other local families and share experiences in a welcoming, supportive environment.
