FLIP AND STICK - LITTLE MOVERS

Looking for a fun, safe and welcoming way to support your baby’s development?

Flip and Stick Little Movers is a structured baby gymnastics class designed especially for babies aged 3–12 months. Each session includes gentle stretching, songs, bubbles, sensory play, tummy time, rolling, reaching and plenty of opportunities to explore baby-friendly gymnastics and soft-play equipment.

Our classes are designed to help support important developmental milestones while encouraging movement, coordination, body awareness and confidence. Sessions also offer a lovely opportunity for parents and carers to bond with their babies, meet other local families and enjoy special time together in a warm and supportive environment.

Classes are led by a British Gymnastics qualified coach, former South East elite gymnast and experienced primary school teacher. Activities are carefully planned to be age-appropriate, and parents and carers remain with their babies throughout the session.

Spaces are limited, so book your baby’s place today and come along to move, play and grow together!

Parents and carers must remain with and supervise their baby throughout the session. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to settle before the class begins. Babies should wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely. Shoes must be removed before entering the mats; babies may participate barefoot or in suitable socks.

Please do not bring food onto the mats, although milk and feeding your baby during the session are absolutely fine. You are welcome to pause, feed, change or comfort your baby whenever needed, and there is no pressure for babies to complete every activity.

Please do not attend if you or your baby are unwell. Activities should only be attempted when your baby appears comfortable, and parents should follow the coach’s guidance throughout. Photographs may occasionally be taken, but only with prior parental consent.

Bookings are subject to the class terms and conditions. Missed sessions are non-refundable, one per term can be carried over.
