FLEDGLING LOVE PARENT AND BABY WELLNESS

This 5 week course is a compassionate space for mums to bring their babies, connecting through touch as you learn new massage strokes each week. Deepening your connection and bond with baby, learning strokes to help relax baby, sleepy time strokes, a tummy and colic massage routine, that mums say is ‘amazing’ and works incredibly well to ease the symptoms of wind, colic and constipation. Learning new strokes each week by the end of the 5 week course you will be confident in being able to give baby a full body massage.
We are also nurturing the mummies, and the second half of each class is all about holding space for the mums, talking together about life with a new born. We will chat all about motherhood, how you are finding life as a new mum. You will also receive free access to one of our Nurturing Mummy Circles each week. You can choose: Tuesday 9.45-11.00 Outdoor Nurturing Mamma and Baby. Wednesday 11.30-12.45 Nurturing Mummy Circle. Thursday 10.00-11.15 New Mamma and Nurturing Circle. Refreshments and cake are served in class and we will finish each session with a guided meditation helping you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
You will receive a bottle of organic sunflower oil, a Baby Massage booklet and a goody bag in your first class
