As the ripening energy of the early summer full moon invites growth and gentle fruition, this nurturing sound bath for parents and pre-crawling babies offers a space to pause, attune, and be softly held in a cocoon of sound and sweet connection.

Through calming breathwork, reflective gratitude practices, and a soothing soundscape of live drumming, seed shakers, and delicate chimes, you and your baby are supported to feel deeply nourished, restored, and re-energised.

An innovative experience that is peaceful, gently luxurious, & deeply nourishing to support the wellbeing of both parent & pre-crawling babies. Sound baths are deeply relaxing & restorative. They can help ease stress, support better sleep & give you a chance to pause & recharge whilst supporting connection with your baby. Babies are very receptive to sound & vibration. The soothing environment helps them to feel calm & secure, & the shared experience supports bonding and co-regulation.

The experience is for pre-crawling babies 0 -7 months (or a little older if not yet actively crawling). It's completely baby led: feeding, cuddling, moving around, or soothing your baby is always welcome. Babies are not expected to stay quiet & their communication during the session is important & valued.

50 Hill Rise is a boutique wellbeing center in the heart of scenic Richmond.

Richmond Train Station is a gentle 15 -20 minute stroll & Richmond Bus station is a 5 – 10 walk.

There’s limited payable parking directly in front of 50 Hill Rise. Other payable car parks such as Old Deer Carpark & Paradise Road are a short stroll away.

Is there somewhere at 50 Hill Rise to park my buggy?
Yes, the front of house team will be on hand to help you park your buggy in the welcome area. NB: you will need to carry your baby up 7 steps to reach the studio area, as buggies remain safely in the low-level welcome area.

Many parents find it helpful to bring a baby sling for socialising in the in the onsite cafe space where complementary water & herbal tea are available after the session.
