Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Classes
Bespoke classes taught by mum of two, qualified midwife, hypnobirthing/antenatal education practitioner, and Lushtums 200 hour pregnancy/postnatal yoga teacher.
My nurturing sessions will guide you through a 75min session that will ease pregnancy aches/pains, ease anxiety, reduce pelvic pain, learn birth preparation techniques and leave you feeling completely relaxed ☺️
Suitable from 12-14 weeks (unless you already have an existing yoga practice then you can start as soon as you feel ready).
Weekly drop in sessions or save buy purchasing a 5 class pass.
I am registered with FEDANT which means the sessions are classed as antenatal education. Therefore, your entitled to take time off work to attend 🥰
