Description
⭐ Exercise with Baby is a thorough postnatal exercise and recovery program. Both beneficial for you, and lots of fun for baby too 🥳🤩
⭐ In the early stages we are working on repair (going through any symptoms or concerns you may have), strengthening, and gradually increasing fitness levels.
⭐ Safe postpartum cardio is so important, and makes a huge difference to how you feel. Energy levels, hormone levels, and all those happy endorphins 🙂
💪We then build you up week on week, challenge but never rush you. Best of all, we make it engaging and lots of fun for baby too ☺️ 🥳.
⭐ We have two level options, specifically targeting yours, and babies changing needs-
🤱❤️ Level 1 (7 weeks - 6 months)🤱❤️
👶 Level 2 (6 -16 months)👶
📝We also check all members for Diastasis Recti (abdominal muscle separation and/or protrusion/doming) and will offer additional exercises to help repair the muscles where needed.
All our venues have car parks, room for prams, and we add half an hour after every class to chat/change/feed and socialise 🤩

🗓️ Bookings can be made through contacting us on here, via email, website or social media pages. ⭐Each course is just £7.95 per session, payable in term blocks ( i.e an 8 session term would = £63.60 ). In some cases it is possible to join later in a term (depending on availability), in this case you would only pay for the remaining sessions in that block. ⭐We offer catch up sessions should you ever need to miss a class, these can be taken at your nearest convenient venue and can be used any week while you're a member, so you never need to lose a class 😅🥳 ⭐Our course book up quite quickly in some areas, so popping your name on our waitings lists is a great option if you are think of joining us in future ☺️
