Rising Rockets

Stage 3: 2 - 3 Years

A fun, active class for children aged 2–3 years, helping them build independence, confidence and early gymnastics skills with their grown-up close by for support.

What Children Will Do

Children will enjoy rolling, stretching, jumping, landing, balancing, climbing, body weight activities, movement circuits, themed challenges and playful gymnastics exploration.

What Children Will Develop

Rising Rockets supports coordination, balance, strength, body awareness, listening skills, following instructions, social interaction, independence and self-confidence.

Parent / Carer Involvement

Parents and carers stay with their child throughout, offering support and encouragement while children are gently encouraged to become more independent.

Class Style

A coach-led session using fun circuits, themed activities and simple instructions to keep children active, engaged and learning.

Progression / Next Step

Once your Rising Rocket turns 3, they will be ready to continue their journey in our Pre-School Gymnastics Programme (Shooting Stars)

Good to Know

Children and adults should wear comfortable clothing, older siblings are unable to attend, and we kindly ask for a maximum of 2–3 adults per child.

British Gymnastics Insurance and Europa Membership is required for this class, and therefore receive all Europa Membership benefits, as well as priority access for a space on our Pre-School Programme.
