Little Rockets

Stage 2: Walking to 2 Years Old

A playful, confidence-building class that takes place in the main gymnastics hall, and where little walkers can explore movement, grow independence and start developing early gymnastics skills through fun, active play.

What Children Will Do

​Children will enjoy walking, climbing, balancing, jumping, bouncing, rolling, soft play, nursery rhymes, themed activities and free equipment exploration

What Children Will Develop

Little Rockets supports balance, coordination, confidence, independence, strength, body awareness, listening, concentration, social interaction and early problem-solving.

Parent / Carer Involvement

Parents and carers actively support, encourage and guide their child as they explore, try new challenges and build confidence.

Class Style

A semi-structured class combining coach-led activities, nursery rhymes, themed play and free exploration at each child’s own pace.

Progression / Next Step

As children grow in confidence and ability, they will be ready to blast off into Rockets, the next stage of our Early Years programme.

Good to Know

Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely, with bare feet recommended for this class.

Free on-site car parking. Accessible doors and lifts to each floor.
Changing rooms (including baby facilities).
On-site cafe serving fresh drinks and meals.
