Baby Stars Gymnastics

Stage 1: 12 Weeks to toddling

Taking place in our dedicated Early Years Studio, this session is a gentle, welcoming class where sensory play and early gymnastics come together to help babies explore, discover, bond and reach early milestones.

What Children Will Do

Babies will enjoy nursery rhymes, tummy time, rolling, crawling, reaching, sensory play, gentle movement, textures, themed activities and playful discovery.

What Children Will Develop

Baby Stars supports early milestones, confidence, coordination, body awareness, sensory development, social interaction and quality bonding time.

Parent / Carer Involvement

Parents and carers stay fully involved throughout, supporting their baby while enjoying a relaxed, feeding and breastfeeding-friendly session.

Class Style

A free-flowing, coach-led session where families can join in at their baby’s own pace, routine and developmental stage.

Progression / Next Step

Once your Little Star is walking confidently, they will be ready to soar into Moon Walkers, the next stage of our Early Years programme.

Good to Know

Adults should wear comfortable clothing, older siblings are unable to attend, and we kindly ask for a maximum of 2–3 adults per child.
