COMOTION DANCE

CoMotion is a fun place for children and their grownups to dance and play together. Children are encouraged to experience movement in many different forms, learn new skills, and create dances with their caregivers and their friends. 

Most sessions start with circle time with rhymes and songs but quickly develops into moving around the room in structured and unstructured dance activities. Many different and colourful props are used, accompanied by a varied selection of music. 

We finish up with some calming activities. Sessions are normally 45 mins in length. After class on Thursday and Friday ONLY there is time to socialize and have a quick tea/coffee while snacks for the children are provided. For Tuesday classes there is a cafe at HHO.

There is limited parking outside the centre. The HHO is found if you go past the Hiker cafe and continue through the gate onto a dirt track. Turn left and continue till you see the building ahead. This class runs on a fortnightly basis.
