Before Your Class

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in
Babies can be fed before or during the session — we are a relaxed, baby-led space
No need to bring anything special, but you may wish to bring:

A blanket for your baby
Changing essentials
During the Session

Classes are completely baby-led — feel free to move, pause, feed or comfort your baby at any time
There is no pressure to participate in every activity — follow your baby’s cues
Enjoy the session at your own pace — this is a calm, judgement-free space

What to Wear

Comfortable clothing for both you and your baby (Some activities may involve floor-based interaction)
Additional Information

Classes run in small, intimate groups to ensure a relaxed experience
If your baby is unsettled, that’s completely normal — please don’t worry.
We aim to create a supportive environment for both babies and parents.
