Description

A fun, high-impact aerobic & dance inspired class designed to banish those stubborn pounds, tone and strengthen the core, and give you that all-important post-workout high without the worry of creche or childcare.

Address/parking: Marble Hill Park, Richmond Road, TW1 2NL. You can use the main public outdoor car park for Marble Hill Park, which is just off Richmond Road.

Meeting point: At the big tree in the middle of the large grassy area between the car park and the tennis courts, closer to the road. If coming on foot, the pedestrian entrance opposite the Rising Sun pub is the nearest one to the meeting point.

Please wear clothing which is comfortable to exercise in plus water to stay hydrated. The tree provides some shade/shelter from rain, but as it is an outdoor venue, please come prepared for the weather. Please bring a (picnic) blanket for your baby to lie/sit on.
