BREATHFOLK

BOOKING: £22 per session, with two supported places at £11. Advance booking is required. To book, visit the Breathfolk website and choose Breath, Bump & Beyond (BBB).

Breath, Bump & Beyond is a twice-monthly gathering for women in pregnancy and early motherhood, bringing together breath, rest and time to gather.

They say it takes a village to raise a child, but most of us don't live in a way that gives us easy access to that village anymore. Breath, Bump & Beyond is my attempt to make a little more room for one.

You might come while you're pregnant and return after your baby is born, or arrive with a newborn or a slightly bigger babe who isn't yet on the move.

Your baby is very welcome, but this space has been created to centre you.

We begin with a short welcome and check-in, followed by a guided breath practice with time to pause, rest and reconnect with yourself. Everything is invitational and you can tend to your baby whenever you need to.

Afterwards, we stay awhile for tea, something sweet or fruity, and time to talk, share or simply be around other women who are somewhere in it too.

No experience with breathwork is needed.

Advance booking is required. Find Breathfolk online or use the website linked in my profile for booking details.

Babies are very welcome, but the gathering is centred around you. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion/pillow for your comfort. Feeding, changing, soothing and tending to your baby whenever needed is completely welcome. The venue is Resonate in central Northampton. Full practical information is provided when you book.
